Bonnie Clarke is CEO of the Taylor Clarke Partnership, an employee-owned organisational effectiveness consultancy. Bonnie works with senior leaders and organisations to shape intentional cultures that unlock potential and drive sustainable performance.

Her work integrates leadership development, executive coaching, and culture transformation, combining evidence-based insight with a deeply human, values-led approach. Bonnie is particularly passionate about helping organisations move from accidental culture to intentional culture, where people, performance, and purpose are meaningfully aligned.
