Our Environmental & Carbon Commitment
At Taylor Clarke, we believe that how we work matters just as much as the work we do. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact and supporting the ambition of a net-zero carbon supply chain by 2030.
How we work responsibly
Remote-first by design
Since 2022, Taylor Clarke has operated a fully remote working model. Today, over 80% of our coaching, workshops, and client engagements are delivered virtually, significantly reducing emissions associated with commuting and business travel.
When in-person delivery is required, we actively encourage:
-
Low-carbon travel options such as rail, cycling, or walking
-
Centrally located venues with good public transport links
-
Accommodation within walking distance of delivery locations
-
Use of locally based consultants wherever possible
Digital by default
We minimise waste by using digital tools wherever we can.
-
Course materials, workbooks, and evaluations are provided electronically
-
Meetings and programme delivery are hosted via secure digital platforms
-
Printing is limited to essential requirements and uses recycled paper as standard
-
Single-use plastics have been eliminated from our operations
All recyclable waste — including paper, plastics, and metals — is disposed of responsibly.
Thoughtful use of technology
Technology plays an important role in reducing our environmental footprint.
-
All staff are equipped to work effectively from home
-
We use cloud-based systems to support efficient, low-impact operations
-
Our infrastructure meets recognised security standards

Measuring progress
We track progress through verified carbon assessments supported by the UK Government’s Extended Plus Programme. Key indicators include the proportion of services delivered virtually and year-on-year reductions in overall emissions.
This helps us stay accountable and continuously improve.
