"This programme exceeded my expectations at all levels. With rich content and engaging knowledgeable facilitators, the programme challenged and inspired me to explore my role as a coach. The exercises and coaching role plays anchored the learning and built a strong dynamic within the group. Great learning that went beyond the coaching role."
