Tony has over 30 years of experience consulting on strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching, managing change, transitional executive leadership, evaluation, equity/diversity, conflict transformation and culture programmes with hundreds of organisations in community, public and private sector worldwide.

He brings real-life examples and stories to leadership development programmes from his experience of conflict resolution, peacebuilding and reconciliation in Northern Ireland, the Balkans and Rwanda.

Tony is an experienced Executive Coach and Team Coach with ExCo, Exco-1 & ExCo-2 leaders. He also delivers Leadership Development/Coaching with emerging, newly promoted, junior and middle managers.

He is passionate about supporting positive social change and serves as a Non Executive Director of a social enterprise in the slums of Kampala, Uganda. He is a member of the Steering Group for the Ubwungo Peace & Reconciliation Centre in Rwanda and a Director of Hope Macaulay Ltd (his daughter’s global fashion brand).

Tony is also a bestselling author, storyteller and broadcaster (BBC Radio) and specialises in storytelling to embed culture and drive change in large organisations.
