Pam qualified as a coach initially in 2009 and has been coaching since then. She coaches clients in organisations and clients who are self funding. Her role as a coach is to provide support and challenge as needed by the client and to be a witness to their change and to hold them accountable to themselves for what they want to achieve. Her core practice is with leaders who are wanting to lead a purposeful life, with a healthy life/work balance and to leave a positive legacy in the organisations they work in.
