Orla specialises in working with ambitious individuals in motivating self and their team and to lead with compassion. A Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over 27 years of people and business management experience working across all sectors.
Her approach challenges and enables individuals to make impactful and insightful changes in their confidence and leadership skills, particularly to those leaders who work within a highly complex environment, with multiple stakeholders. Applying a holistic approach, reflecting on the health and wellbeing of the individual, career aspirations, professional requirements, employee relationships, task completion and balance.
As Orla is highly experienced in dealing with difficult employee issues and particularly where conflict is present, over the years she has built up toolkits which she can use and share with clients in her coaching practices offering a unique specialism. Enabling those she works with, to find a practical way of working through difficult situations achieving a healthy outcome for parties or stakeholders.
