Applying a holistic approach, reflecting on the health and wellbeing of the individual, career aspirations, professional requirements, employee relationships, task completion and balance.

As Orla is highly experienced in dealing with difficult employee issues and particularly where conflict is present, over the years she has built up toolkits which she can use and share with clients in her coaching practices offering a unique specialism. Enabling those she works with, to find a practical way of working through difficult situations achieving a healthy outcome for parties or stakeholders.
