Meg Moore is an Executive Coach who supports leaders and teams navigate the world of work with greater ease and authenticity.
Meg has 18 years’ experience of working both in HR/Learning and Development and as an external partner since setting up her own business. This allows her to create bespoke coaching and learning programmes which are fit for purpose and transformational in the results they achieve. She helps create new perspectives which in turn lead clients to achieve different results and outcomes. Her core values are integrity, honesty, and kindness and these are at the heart of the work she does.
Meg develops purposeful coaching relationships with clients, encouraging and raising self-awareness, confidence and motivation to achieve goals. With a strong interest in positive psychology, Meg coaches clients to develop a clear and accountable plan of action to achieve their full potential in a pragmatic and practical way. Meg’s clients value her ability to make them feel safe and break patterns that are no longer serving them and ultimately making them feel more empowered to carry out their roles with greater confidence and a fresher perspective.

When not working Meg loves bagging Munroes, being outdoors and Iyengar yoga.
