Madeleine’s background is in senior leadership and development, working within both the private and public sectors to support organisations, teams and individuals to flourish and achieve productivity and resilience.
As an experienced leader herself, coupled with over 30 years of organisational development, leadership development and coaching expertise, she has helped enable growth in capability and confidence for clients. She engages in cultural development support, especially in times of organisational transformation and change. This extends to providing executive coaching, team coaching and working with resilience and effective management and leadership development approaches.
Madeleine offers topical insights into good practice techniques and encourages active participation with a sense of realism and innovation in her work. She is recognised for designing and delivering development interventions which are tailored specifically to clients’ needs, assisting them to absorb and apply the learning pragmatically back in their workplace.
