Liz is a highly passionate individual with a huge enthusiasm for coaching. She believes with a positive mindset and focussed self-belief; we can be unstoppable. Professionally, she has enjoyed a 33-year career in Financial Services, specialising in Business Development then as an internal Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, working with C-Suite Executives and their leadership teams.

Accredited by ICF, she holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching and is an Insights Discovery Facilitator.

When not working, you will find her watching a box set with her teenagers or enjoying a night out – preferably somewhere that plays 80’s music!
