Clive is an executive coach and facilitator with over 30 years experience coaching and developing senior leaders, high potentials and management teams. He has often worked alongside transformation teams introducing significant organisational change and has coached many senior leaders and professionals through career transitions. He has designed and managed many large scale corporate leadership development initiatives and has a deep insight into how to create and implement high impact programmes.
As a coach and adviser Clive offers a mix of challenge and support that can free things up and help create a way forward. He works with clients to create structured time for reflection, reframing and planning enabling them to draw on their own experience and personal resources to make progress with their personal and professional development.
Clive is passionate about the value of reflection as a core capability for leaders. He regularly hosts open ‘learning community’ programmes on Reflective Practice for Leaders.
