Christine has been an Organisational Development, Leadership and Management Development Consultant, with a national remit, for many years and held Head of OD roles for a number of national and regional Scottish public sector organisations.

She has worked as an independent consultant/occupational psychologist for 9 years providing consultation to a large variety of “household name” organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors in the UK and Europe.
