Carrie is a highly skilled organisational development professional with extensive experience in complex public sector environments, consultancy, and 121 Executive coaching. She combines a passion for psychology and coaching to ensure senior leaders, teams and organisations achieve superior results whilst creating sustainability through leadership development.
Carrie has been supporting senior leaders with transformational and cultural change and ensuring workplaces operate with high functioning, resilient and effective teams for over 15 years. Carrie currently works as a part time internal Organisational Development Consultant and coach for Greater Glasgow NHS. She has delivered interventions that have supported a culture of compassionate leadership, high levels of staff engagement, in addition to large scale transformational change. Carrie has worked within the corporate, public and voluntary sector in the UK and Africa.
Carrie’s style is collaborative, innovative and collegiate. Her legacy of delivery has focussed on high levels of trust with senior leaders and her approach is strongly driven by return on investment data and outcomes.
