For the past 15 years, Ali has been equipping and encouraging Senior Leaders to meet their challenges in a positive, business focussed and client centred way.

Drawing on her 10 years corporate experience working for a Fortune 100 Company and underpinned by her psychotherapeutic training, Ali supports Leaders to enhance their self awareness, address perception, bridge gaps and capitalise on their strengths. She works primarily with Senior Leaders; engaging individuals through coaching interventions and their leadership journey and guiding teams through robust business change programmes.
