Sam is a seasoned Executive Coach and HR Professional with over 20 years experience in Senior HR and Leadership roles.

Sam specialises in Executive Development, Organisation Effectiveness and Senior Leadership coaching, supporting individuals and teams to achieve their potential. Her approach is warm and engaging whist at the same time commercial, thought provoking and insightful.  She is driven by the desire to build individual and organisational capability and in doing so ultimately make a difference to business performance. Sam is an independent consultant working with a number of public and private sector organisations. She is a qualified Coach and is currently an External Trustee on the Board of the University of the West of Scotland’s Students Association.
