Marilyn has been helping leaders to maximise both their own potential and those of their staff and colleagues for many years.  She has done this through delivering academic management ands leadership programmes when she was Professor of Human Resource Development, and also through a range of leadership development projects and programmes provided as part of her management consultancy role.  She herself has led change projects in both private and public sectors, and has been a Non Executive Director in both health and education.

Marilyn currently focuses on Executive Coaching for senior leaders, and she also provides coaching supervision for experienced as well as newly qualified coaches.
