She has over 25 years experience in the design and facilitation of personal, team and leadership Programmes. Her experience has been gained in a wide variety of areas in the public, private, education and voluntary sectors, including the UKTI, Scottish Government, NHS, DWP, FCO, HMRC, MOD, SPS, higher education and oil and gas industry.
