Greg Neville has nearly two decades of experience developing leaders and teams within the business, non-profit and voluntary sectors. He’s an executive coach, facilitator and regular public speaker.

 

Greg’s background began in IT when he graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science. He then moved into the charity sector and led the NI (Northern Ireland) division of a UK wide charity fundraising company. Moving into the sales sector, Greg occupied several sales roles, developing business relationships across the UK.

 

Alongside gaining an MA in Youth and Community Work, Greg has spent the past decade working for a non-profit organisation. This work has included working amongst a working-class community in Northern Ireland as it seeks to emerge from the conflict.  Greg also works with a global leadership program and was part of the team that launched in Ireland last year.

 

As an executive coach Greg brings his passion and skills at working with people. He has years of experience of helping leaders navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives, and helping businesses, individuals and organisations reach their targets. He is qualified as an executive coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching, and has experience providing 1:2:1 executive coaching for leaders in a range of sectors. He has coached leaders at MD level, other directors and owners of SME’s.

 

Greg has designed and delivered countless facilitation sessions. A recent example of this was when he was employed by one of the world’s biggest charities to deliver a coaching masterclass and suite of sessions to train a group of its global leaders in how to adopt coaching as part of their leadership and management of teams.
