“We don’t learn from experience; we learn from reflecting on experience”
In unprecedented times, when there are no off the shelf answers and we’re all finding our way day-to-day how do we succeed and develop as leaders? Taking time for reflection enables us to make sense of our experience and helps us transform insights into action and personal growth. It’s through reflection that experience and learning are integrated and personalized. Experience alone doesn’t necessarily lead to learning; deliberate reflection on experience is essential.
Explore the value of reflective practice and find out more about the peer consultation process.
Reflection can take many forms – drawing, writing a story, journaling, blogging, After Action Reviews, coaching, mentoring. This Lets Talk session will let you explore a facilitated ‘peer consultation’ process for leaders that gains impact from group participation and diverse perspectives.
Give yourself the gift of time to pause and acknowledge what is going on for you right now in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment by joining one of our free one hour facilitated “Let’s Talk…” sessions.
