Let’s Talk...Leading change and transition in disruptive times

 Reflect on how you lead people through transition and how you may need to adapt to navigate your organisation through todays unprecedented waves of disruption and uncertainty.

We recognise that the rapid and extraordinary change we are experiencing now has disrupted life and work in ways leaders could only have imagined a few months ago. We also recognise that new thinking, beliefs and tactics may be required to survive the impact and disruption of multiple overlapping transitions.

• A chance to explore the key challenges and suggested change leadership responses and assess and how they might apply in your organisation
• A space to share your own experiences, test ideas and learn from leaders in other organisations and industries 
• Insight, guidance and coaching from Taylor Clarke facilitators who are experts in transformational change leadership.
• An opportunity to ask the questions that are important to you in building readiness. 

This is a free one hour live, facilitated discussion and learning session on Thursday 21st May at 4pm. Places are limited to 12 on each session. The session will not be recorded.
