About The Event
Taylor Clarke is delighted to be partnering with SCHERER Leadership Center and Limen Associates to run a Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) which is based on 5 powerful and transformative questions designed to lead you ‘home’ to self where our best leadership comes from:
Q1 What CONFRONTS you?
Q2 What are you BRINGING?
Q3 What’s RUNNING you?
Q4 What’s CALLING you?
Q5 What will UNLEASH you?
This Let's Talk will consider these potentially life-changing questions which can lead to deep insights about how each of us can develop ourselves and our leadership in ways that support us in pursuing what really matters – in our life and work. You will have the opportunity to actively explore Q#1: What CONFRONTS you? This involves identifying, what we call a ‘tiger’ situation or issue that you face in your leadership that you find difficult to handle; to acknowledge your ‘default’ responses to those situations and, finally, to discover how you can expand your repertoire of responses to create different outcomes for yourself and others.
We will also share some further details about the LDI which may be of interest to you and/or others in your organisations or personal networks.
What you can expect:
- A chance to hear about a unique and transformational approach to developing yourself and your leadership
- A space to think about the ‘tigers’ in your leadership
- An opportunity to hear from and talk with peers about what CONFRONTS them in their leadership challenges
This is a free one hour live, facilitated discussion and learning session. The session will not be recorded.
