His experience includes coaching in oil and gas/LNG, nuclear decommissioning, electronics, and aerospace sectors. He has particular experience of organisational change and has worked on global programs in banking, IT and pharmaceuticals in the UK and abroad helping to develop the systems, skills and behaviours expected of a world class organisation.

David’s personal style is enthusiastic, energetic and friendly but also clearly focused, direct and practical, building trust with groups through empathy and listening. He develops strong relationships which are critical when addressing sensitive issues and giving direct and challenging feedback.
