Professional Background

Aidan has worked in both the private and public sector, holding senior roles in Learning and Organisational Development.  Aidan also has a strong commercial focus, with a background in sales, including Key Account and field sales management.  Prior to his 16 years experience in the Private Sector with a FTSE 250 plc business, Aidan had 15 years experience in public sector, local government.  Aidan has extensive experience in organisational development, embedding core values, performance and talent management and business consultancy.  Aidan has designed bespoke Management Development programmes which have been accredited through ILM and has also delivered Leadership programmes in partnership with the University of Strathclyde. 

Coaching Experience

Aidan has been coaching individuals, managers and leaders in organisations for over 5 years.  In his 30 year career, he has worked across a range of sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Energy, Consultancy, and the Public Sector.

 

Aidan has worked in the FMCG sector providing coaching to senior leaders helping them to review their 360 feedback as part of a wider Leadership Development programme that he also helped to design and facilitate.  He has recent experience of coaching in the Energy sector, looking at pressures of change and restructuring.  Aidan has worked in a variety of roles at middle to senior management level and is familiar with the current complex challenges facing leaders across a range of sectors.
