Level 7 Diploma & Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring

Please Note: This programme is over two workshops:

Workshop 1: 21st - 22nd January 2020

Workshop 2: 25th - 26th February 2020

Past participants have included OD Directors, Heads of Leadership Development, and HR and L&D Managers, as well as external Executive Coaches. The programme has received accolades for:

• The way in which leadership development is reviewed and critiqued for senior level leaders   
• The support given to coaches to critically review their own practice and their ‘evidence base’ for their professional practice  
• The practical element, whereby coaches are observed in their coaching practice, and given tutor and peer feedback
• The personalized nature of the learning; our class sizes have a maximum of 10 coaches    
• The exchange of coaching experiences and learning between internal and external coaches

The programme consists of:

​

• Two 2-day Workshops: at our central Glasgow training venue; 9-5 each day
• 1-1 supervision sessions, timed to support the coaching practice (please ask for further details on the number of supervision sessions – these vary depending on which qualification you undertake)
• Two written assignments, supported by tutorials; the first one is a critical review of executive coaching, the second one asks the coach to reflect on their style, approach and strengths as a coach, as they reflect on their practice coaching hours
• Peer group meetings; these are formed during the Workshops, and each group schedules its own meetings (face-to-face or by skype)
• Online discussions

The Course Tutor, Wendy Robinson, meets each coach prior to enrolment on the programme, to ensure the programme is right for you, and to answer any queries you have.  The qualifications are awarded by ILM at Level 7.
