Level 7 Certificate and Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches
The Programme Lead, Gwynneth Rees-Kenny, meets each coach prior to enrolment on the programme, to ensure the programme is right for you, and to answer any queries you have. The qualifications are awarded by ILM at Level 7.

About The Event
Do you want to become a qualified Executive Coach?
Are you currently working in senior management, OD, LD, or HR and looking to add executive coaching to your skill set and achieve a post-graduate equivalent qualification?
The programme is also suitable for executive coaches who would like to consolidate their experience and gain a formal qualification.
The programme enables you to achieve an ILM Level 7 Qualification (at Certificate or Diploma level).
More than 127 coaches have participated in these programmes so far and many of the 17 cohorts have formed active support groups.
The programme consists of:
Certificate
- Three 2-day virtual learning workshops-
- Four 1-1 supervision sessions
- Two written assignments, supported by tutorials
- Peer group meetings
- 4 conference calls with the programme lead
Diploma
- Three 2-day virtual learning workshops-
- Eight 1-1 supervision sessions
- Two written assignments, supported by tutorials
- Peer group meetings
- 8 conference calls with the programme lead
- Two 3-hour workshops
The facilitators are all experienced executive coaches with a wealth of experience to share; they have also held senior positions in organisations so understand the leadership landscape. The virtual training is LIVE and we have received fantastic feedback that they are as engaging as in-person learning.

Fees:
£3,995 + VAT for the Certificate
£5,495 + VAT for the Diploma
